木版画「街と人」

これまで様々なスタイルでイラストを描いてきましたが、数年前に自分には木版画のタッチが合うのではないだろうかと試してみたところ、すっかりハマってしまいました。4〜5版程度の素朴なものですが、重なり合ってできる新たな色の深みはますます私を虜（とりこ/こんな漢字だったんですね）にします。

I had been drawing illustrations in a variety of styles until several years ago, when I tried a woodcut print wondering if it suited my taste and found it really did. Now I have fallen into it myself. Although they are simple ones in four or five colors, the subtlety of a new color made by mixing different colors captivates me more and more.
