懐古イメージ地下街「みのちか」

1970年以前の「昭和」イメージが好きで、学生の頃はそんな資料ばかりスクラップしていました。そのイメージにしばられてどうにもこうにも動けなくなってしまい、一旦全てを処分しました。しかし細胞の一部にその感覚が残っているらしく、無意識にペンを動かすとこんな絵になってしまうのです。

An atmosphere of the Showa-era particularly before 70's is fond of me. I had clipped and saved any printed copy of illustrations relating to it. Before long, I came to be bound by those images. Finally I threw away most of them to free myself from there, however, kind of that feel resides in myself. So when I lay back and move a pen, the illustrations end up looking like these.
